परीक्षा विभाग – गोपनीय Department of Examinations – Confidential

परीक्षा-गोपनीय विभाग आयुर्विज्ञान में राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा बोर्ड के प्रमुख विभागों में से एक है। विभाग एनबीईएमएस की निम्नलिखित गतिविधियों में भाग लेता है The Exam – Confidential Department is one of the key departments of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. The department attends following activities of the NBEMS:
• प्रश्न बैंक बनाना Question Banking
• सामग्री लेखन कार्यशालाएं Item writing workshops
• प्रश्न बैंक का अधिप्रमाणन / पेपर बनाना Validation/Paper setting of the question bank
• एनबीईएमएस द्वारा आयोजित सभी परीक्षाओं के प्रश्न पत्रों की समीक्षा / मॉडरेशन DNB/DrNB/FAT थ्योरी उत्तर पत्रकों का मूल्यांकन Review/Moderation of question papers for all exams conducted by NBEMS
• DNB/DrNB/FAT थ्योरी उत्तर पत्रकों का मूल्यांकन Assessment of DNB/DrNB/FAT theory answer sheets
• ओस्‍की आधारित परीक्षाओं सहित DNB/DrNB/FNB प्रेक्टिकल परीक्षाओं का आयोजन करना Conduct of DNB/DrNB/FNB Practical exams including OSCE based examinations
• एनबीईएमएस द्वारा आयोजित सभी परीक्षाओं के परिणाम घोषित करना Declaration of results of all exams conducted by NBEMS

यह विभाग परीक्षाओं की गरिमा से संबंधित प्रत्येक प्रक्रिया की गोपनीयता कायम रखते हुए वर्षभर अपनी विशालकाय और श्रमसाध्य गतिविधियों के लिए जाना जाता है। The department is known for its voluminous & laborious activities round the year while maintaining confidentiality of each & every process related to sanctity of examinations.
• सालाना लगभग 7500 फैकल्‍टी प्रश्न बैंक बनाने में लगाए गए हैं। Around 7500 faculty are engaged for the question banking annually
• सालाना लगभग 700 मूल्यांकनकर्ता DNB/DrNB थ्योरी उत्तर स्क्रिप्‍ट की जांच करने में लगाए गए हैं। Around 700 assessors engaged for DNB/DrNB Theory Answer Script checking annually.
• सालाना लगभग 500 फैकल्‍टी सीबीटी परीक्षाओं के लिए अधिप्रमाणन कार्यशालाओं में लगाए गए हैं। Around 500 faculty engaged in Validation workshops for CBT exams annually
• सालाना लगभग 250 फैकल्‍टी सीबीटी परीक्षाओं के लिए फॉर्म समीक्षा कार्यशालाओं में लगाए गए हैं। Around 250 faculty engaged for Form Review workshops for CBT exams annually
• सालाना लगभग 250 फैकल्‍टी सीबीटी परीक्षाओं हेतु परीक्षा के बाद हाने वाली समीक्षा कार्यशालाओं में लगाए गए हैं। Around 250 faculty engaged for Post Exam Review workshops for CBT exams annually
• लगभग 900 फैकल्‍टी DNB/DrNB/FNB प्रेक्टिकल केन्द्रों में लगाए गए हैं। Around 900 faculty members engaged for DNB/DrNB/FNB Practical centres
• लगभग 3500 फैकल्‍टी DNB/DrNB/FNB प्रेक्टिकल परीक्षाओं में लगाए गए हैं। Around 3500 faculty engaged for DNB/DrNB/FNB Practical examinations
• सीबीटी परीक्षाओं के लगभग 260000 उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों का मूल्यांकन करना, उन्हें तैयार करना और उनकी घोषणा करना। Evaluation, processing and declaration of results for around 260000 candidates of CBT exams.
• 50 से अधिक विभिन्न विशिष्टताओं में DNB/DrNB थ्योरी परीक्षाओं के लगभग 15000 उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों का मूल्यांकन करना, उन्हें तैयार करना और उनकी घोषणा करना। Evaluation, processing and declaration of results for around 15000 candidates of DNB/DrNB theory exams in more than 50 different specialties.
• 50 से अधिक विभिन्न विशिष्टताओं में DNB/DrNB प्रेक्टिकल परीक्षाओं के लगभग 10000 उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों का मूल्यांकन करना, उन्हें तैयार करना और उनकी घोषणा करना। Evaluation, processing and declaration of results for around 10000 candidates of DNB/DrNB Practical exams in more than 50 different specialties
• 12 से अधिक विभिन्न विशिष्टताओं में FNB प्रेक्टिकल परीक्षाओं के लगभग 200 उम्मीदवारों के परिणामों का मूल्यांकन करना, उन्हें तैयार करना और उनकी घोषणा करना। Evaluation, processing and declaration of results for around 200 candidates of FNB Practical exams in more than 12 different specialties

35 कर्मचारियों की सीमित संख्या के साथ, विभाग उपरोक्त सभी गतिविधियों को ज़्यादातर सप्ताह के अंत में और कार्यदिवसों के अतिरिक्त घंटों में कार्य करते हुए समय पर पूरा करता है। With a limited staff strength of 35 staff, the department delivers all above activities on time by working on most of the weekends and on extended hours on weekdays
