Notice

Subject: Issuance of Pass Certificate to the candidates of June 2014 Screening Test

• The result of Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (Screening Test) conducted by NBE on 16^th -17^th June, 2014 has been declared and can be seen at NBE website. It is hereby informed that the Pass certificate to eligible candidates shall be issued to them IN PERSON ONLY at the National Board Examination, PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka Office, New Delhi on 12^th  & 13^th  August 2014. 

• Candidates who appeared in FMGE held on 16^th June and have been declared pass will be handed over the Pass certificate on 12^th August 2014.

• Candidates who appeared in FMGE held on 17^th June and have been declared pass will be handed over the Pass certificate on 13^th August 2014.

•  Candidates are required to bring the following documents to receive the Pass certificate:

(i)      Admit Card    

(ii)     Passport*

*All candidates except from those who have obtained their primary medical qualification from Nepal are required to bring their original passport along with them failing which Pass certificate shall not be issued.

(iii)   In addition to (i) & (ii) above, any one of the following (original and non-expired):

Ø  Voter ID Card

Ø  PAN Card

Ø  Driving License

·          Biometric details of the candidate shall be captured at NBE Office. Pass certificate to the candidates shall not be issued before verification of their identity and biometric details.

·         The Pass certificate shall not be issued to any authorized representative or any other person other than the candidate himself/herself.

·         If the candidate is not able to collect his/her Pass certificate from NBE Dwarka on the above mentioned dates, the candidate may obtain the same on every Friday from 2 to 5 pm from NBE Office, Dwarka, Delhi.
