Attention: All
applicant candidates for DNB Medical Genetics Programme – 2015 admission
session
- The
list of candidates eligible to appear in counseling for DNB - Medical
Genetics - 2015 admission session has been announced vide NBE web notice
dated 20-03-2015 and consent of candidates for participation in the
counseling was sought.
- As
per the information received at NBE office by the prescribed cut off date,
following candidates have consented to participate in online counseling
for Medical Genetics:

- Only
those candidates who have submitted their consent shall be eligible to
participate in the aforesaid counseling. Following candidates have not
submitted their consent for participation, hence are not eligible to
participate in the counseling:

- The
Centralized Merit Based counseling for admission to DNB - Medical genetics
Programme for 2015 Admission Session shall be conducted by National Board
of Examinations on 27-03-2015 in
an online mode 12:00 hrs onwards.
- Candidates may
note that they need not come to NBE Office, New Delhi for attending the
counseling. However, they are required to attend the online counseling
themselves through video sessions. A Telephonic call shall be made at 12:00
hrs onwards on registered mobile numbers of participating candidates for
the same in order of merit.
- Candidates
are advised to remain connected to internet with a laptop/PC enabled with
a webcam & microphone facility.
- Candidates
opting for a confirmed seat shall be required to send an email
confirmation for the same to NBE from their registered email ID, there
& then, failing which the allotment of seat shall not be considered.
- Any
candidate who has opted for a DNB Super Specialty/ Fellowship Seat in 1st
round of DNB CET SS/ FET counseling for 2015 admission session, his/her allotment of the said seat shall stand automatically
cancelled in case the candidate chooses to opt for a confirmed DNB Medical
Genetics seat.
- Any
candidate who has opted out of 1st
round of DNB CET SS/ FET counseling for 2015 admission session shall not be eligible to participate
in any further rounds of DNB CET SS/ FET counseling in case the candidate
chooses to opt for a confirmed DNB Medical Genetics seat.
- Candidates opting for confirmed seat shall
be issued allotment letters. They shall be required to join their
respective institutes within 7 days of issuance of allotment letters.
